About the Studio
We don’t sell websites. We design moments of consequence — the first impression a founder gets to make, and the only one a customer might.
Ailidev is the studio of Alberto Carlos Ailisoaie, a 23-year-old designer and developer working out of Barcelona since 2022. The studio takes on a small number of engagements each year — websites, digital products and identities — for founders and operators who treat their brand as an asset, not a checkbox.
Every project is led personally, from the first conversation to the last line of code. We bring in collaborators — a copywriter, a strategist, a motion designer — only when the work calls for them. A shorter chain of decisions, sharper output, and a relationship that outlasts the launch.

Method
Five movements, every time — because clarity is what clients are really paying for.

Listen
A first conversation, a shared document, and a written brief. We map the business, not just the brief — what is being built, who it is for, and what success looks like in a year.
1 week - 02
Direct
We propose one direction, not three. A document covering tone, references, typography, motion and the editorial logic of the project. Approved in a single meeting, or rewritten until it is.
1–2 weeks - 03
Design
High-fidelity design of every screen in Figma. Iterations are batched, comments are answered the next morning, and there is always one person making the calls.
3–5 weeks - 04
Build
Hand-coded in Next.js or Astro. Lighthouse scores in the 90s, accessibility audited, motion designed in browser, not bolted on after.
3–6 weeks - 05
Hand-off
A short loom walking through the build, a CMS your team can actually use, and a quarterly check-in for the first year. Most clients stay on a small retainer.
